Scott Monteith is displaying prints and metal silhouettes at The Gallery in Marquand through the end of October. He is best known for his vibrant and iconic paintings of desert wildlife and watercolor landscapes of the desert Southwest. Works currently on display depict Missouri wildlife and imagery of Joshua Tree National Park where Monteith operated and curated for numerous galleries and art institutions.

Monteith will be showing through the end of October at The Gallery, located at 101 E. Pinckney Street just off Whitener Street behind the former Reagan Hotel in Marquand, Missouri. The Gallery is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5 pm
